1. Scope of application
For all deliveries of Aprapta Music (hereinafter: Aprapta) via the online shop www.aprapta-music.com to consumers (§ 13 German Civil Code), these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply.

Consumers are any natural person who enters into a transaction for a purpose which can not be attributed to their commercial or self-employed occupation.

2. Contractual partners

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop at www.aprapta-music.com does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a request for the order. Errors excepted.

3.2 By clicking on the button "order to pay", you place a binding order of the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by means of an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after the receipt of your order.

4. Right of revocation
4.1 Consumers have a fourteen-day right of revocation.

The right of revocation is subject to German law.

You can revoke your declaration of the contract within 14 days without giving reasons in written form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the thing is left to you before the deadline - also by returning the item. The period begins upon receipt of this instruction in written form, but not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information requirements pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 Paragraph 1 and 2 of the German Civil Code as well as our obligations pursuant to § 312g Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 of the German Civil Code. Revocation Sequence

In the case of an effective revocation, the services received at both ends must be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) drawn. If you can not or do not return or receive the received performance as well as usages (for example, advantages of use) or only in a deteriorated state, you must provide us with this information. For the deterioration of the goods and for drawn uses, you must only pay for the value of the goods as far as the use or the deterioration is due to a handling of the thing, which goes beyond the examination of the characteristics and the function. "Testing the properties and functioning" is the testing and testing of the respective goods, as is possible and customary in the store business. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You must pay the regular cost of the return if the delivered product corresponds to the ordered and if the price of the returned item does not exceed an amount of 40 Euro or if you at a higher price of the thing at the time of the revocation not yet the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. 4.2 End of revocation

The right of revocation does not exist in the case of remote sales contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or software, if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the consumer.

5. Return costs when exercising the right of revocation
If you use your statutory right of revocation (see right of revocation), you have to bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered product corresponds to the ordered and if the price of the returned item does not exceed 40 Euro or if you at a higher price of the goods at the time of the revocation have not yet rendered the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment. Otherwise, the return is free for you.

6. Prices, shipping costs and minimum order value
6.1 The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value-added tax and other price components.
6.2 In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery, from 6.90 Euro within Germany. The shipping costs depend on the shipping method, size and logistics service provider. The shipping costs will be clearly indicated on the product pages, in the shopping basket system and on the order page.

7. Delivery
7.1 The delivery is exclusively with Deutsche Post and DHL.
7.2 The delivery time is approx. 2-8 days, unless stated otherwise on the respective product page. We may refer to the respective product page for possible differing delivery times.

8. Payment
8.1 The payment will be made by prepayment via credit card.
8.2 You are entitled to a right of set-off only if your counterclaims are legally enforceable in court or are undisputed or have been acknowledged in writing by us.
8.3 You may only exercise a right of retention, insofar as the claims result from the same contractual relationship.

9. Proprietary reservation
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

10. Warranty
The warranty is subject to legal regulations.

11. Applicable law
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN purchase law.
